Scope of Work
This project involves detailed survey data acquisition to support the remodelling of existing canal systems in the Parambikulam – Aliyar sub basin. The work includes the establishment of Ground Control Points (GCPs) using DGPS, followed by drone survey data acquisition with survey-grade drones, Electronic Total Stations (ETS), and other advanced survey tools.
The data collected will be utilized to generate the Alignment Plan of Existing Canals, as well as Longitudinal Profiles and Cross Sections of the canal network. These outputs will form a crucial base for planning and executing efficient irrigation and infrastructure improvements.
Purpose
To facilitate accurate planning and remodelling of canal infrastructure by providing high-quality geospatial and elevation data that reflects the current conditions of the canal systems.
