Consultancy Service for establishment of Ground Control Points at Punjab State

This project involved the establishment of accurate and reliable Ground Control Points (GCPs) across various locations in Punjab to support large-scale aerial mapping and drone-based surveys. The key tasks included:

• DGPS Surveying: Use of dual-frequency Differential GPS (DGPS) equipment to establish geodetically accurate GCPs.
• GCP Marking & Numbering: Each point was physically marked and geo-tagged, ensuring long-term reference usability.
• Coordinate Computation: Accurate latitude, longitude, and elevation data captured in WGS 84 and local reference coordinate systems.
• Integration with Mapping Systems: Ensured compatibility of the GCPs with drone, satellite, and GIS platforms for orthorectification and geospatial accuracy.
• Report & Data Submission: Submission of complete data sets including coordinate tables, photographic documentation, and location maps.
