Scope of Work
This consultancy assignment covered end-to-end engineering and technical services for the proposed Mekedatu Balancing Reservoir cum Drinking Water Project. The scope included:
- Topographical Survey over 600 km using Total Station, DGPS, and Drone Technology
- Hydrological & Geological Investigations to determine site suitability for reservoir and intake structures
- Detailed Design & Engineering of reservoirs, pipelines, canals, and related structures
- Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)
- Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) with BOQs, cost estimates, and implementation strategy
- Development of CAD Drawings and Alignment Sheets for pipelines and infrastructure
- Stakeholder Consultation and Site Verification Support
