Consultancy Services for Land Auditing of BDA and Private Layouts

This project focused on the comprehensive auditing of developed land parcels within Bengaluru, including both BDA-formed layouts and private layouts approved by BDA. The key components of the work included:

• Land Auditing: Detailed assessment of existing layouts to verify conformity with BDA planning norms.
• Surveying with Total Stations: High-precision field surveys to map plot boundaries, roads, open spaces, and utility corridors.
• Identification of Authorized / Unauthorized Sites: Cross-verification of physical land use and ownership against approved plans using both field observations and revenue records.
• Use of Revenue Methodology: Integration of village maps, Tippan, and RTC data to validate ownership, land classification, and legality of site use.
• Data Compilation & Reporting: Preparation of layout-wise land audit reports with supporting maps and geospatial visualizations.
